How long does it take to ship items?
All products are made to order and are usually shipped out 5-7 business days after purchase is made. Once your order is shipped out you will receive an email with a tracking number.
What is the shelf life of organic soap?
The shelf life of your organic soap product depends on use and proper storage. Always store in an average to cool environment. Any soap weighing 5oz or more can last between 2-3 week. Storing your soap on a soap dish away from moisture can prevent soap from melting and lengthen your experience.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $8.50(US). Fees may vary for gift baskets due to the weight of the products and size of the shipping box.
How do I use my organic soap?
Use your hands to lather your soap, especially if you have sensitive skin.
Use your fingertips to gently massage the lather over your face using circular motion. - Be careful as to not get into your eyes, or too close to your eye area.
Rinse with cool water and pat dry.
NOTE: If you are in the shower, after you are done, use cool water from your sink afterwards to close your pores and then pat your face dry.
We do not recommend using washcloths during facial applications of your soao as they are already have deep cleansing properties.
How often should I exfoliate?
The frequency of an exfoliation routine varies by skin type. For sensitive skin, once a week. For those with normal/average skin, up to 2-3 times per week.
